Snitcher shows B2B companies who’s visiting their website. We turn anonymous traffic into identified companies, giving GTM teams real buying signal they can instantly act on.
Most businesses never see 98% of their web traffic. We help teams turn it into pipeline by identifying key accounts, enriching them instantly and triggering the right actions at exactly the right moment.
Companies like Clay, Unify and lemlist use Snitcher to capture revenue from high-intent traffic by using our platform directly or integrating it into the GTM systems and product experiences they build.
We’re bootstrapped, profitable and proving you don’t need VC money to dominate a category. We move fast, ship faster and every role comes with founder-level impact. Want to 10x with us?
Who you are
- Strategic by default: You use design to make the unclear clear. You care about outcomes more than screens, and you tie every decision to a goal or a metric.
- Comfortable under the hood: Complex data excites you. You turn it into flows that work with our customers’ existing stacks, and you know the product’s UI sits alongside APIs and MCPs.
- Builds to learn: You reach for whatever the question needs, from a Figma prototype to a working POC built with coding agents. Bonus if you know the basics of front-end development.
- GTM-curious: You’re primarily a product designer, but you get excited about jumping in with marketing and GTM from time to time.
- Strong opinions, loosely held: You seek feedback with an open mind and let go of your idea the second a better one shows up.
Message us right away if this sounds like you:
- You’ve designed core features at a B2B product and can walk us through your role and your decisions, not just the end screens.
- You’ve built and launched something of your own: a side project, an app, a small product.
- You already use AI in your design workflow: prototyping in code, synthesising research, pressure-testing copy.
- You’ve worked on complex integrations before, like CRMs.
About the role
As our second Product Designer, you’ll own features end to end and help raise the design bar across Snitcher. Design sits at the centre of the product and partners tightly with engineering and GTM.
Your mission: Help design Snitcher into the product GTM teams won’t shut up about.
You’ll work directly with Davey (Design Lead), who spent six years at Intercom and owns the broader design direction here. They’ll coach you to get better at what you do and increase your impact.
Snitcher is a complex, data-heavy product with plenty left to build, and that’s where you come in. We aim for the bar set by Linear, Attio and Intercom. We’ve come a long way already, and you’ll help us close the rest.
There’s a high degree of trust here, so nobody will be checking your work daily. Your job is to take a brief and run with it.
What you’ll be doing
- Turn briefs into shipped features. Sketch the flows, prototype the answers, pair with engineering until it’s live. Your work shows up in customers’ dashboards every few weeks.
- Design the launch moments. Snitcher ships at a high cadence. You’ll design the feature and the moment it lands — demo flows, in-product nudges and the screenshots marketing reaches for.
- Sit with customers. Join sales and CS calls, run usability sessions, watch session replays. Snitcher’s customers are sharp GTM operators — get to know how they actually work and bring that back into your designs.
- Build out our design system. Patterns are still forming. You’ll grow the component library, lift consistency across the product and keep the UI feeling like one thing, not ten.
- Pitch in with the growth team. Product design comes first, but when there’s room you’ll team up with our marketing, content and commercial crew on the big launches and GTM moments that put Snitcher in front of new customers.
In your first 90 days, you’ll ship your first feature end to end, sit in on customer conversations and build a working understanding of the product and the people who use it.
Why you’ll love working with us
- Trust first. We trust great people to do great work. No micromanagement. You own the work and the outcome.
- Own the outcome. We don’t wait to be told what to do. We spot opportunities, seize them, and never say “that’s not my job”.
- Ship fast, refine faster. We ship quickly, gather feedback and iterate relentlessly. Done is better than perfect, but done well is the goal.
- Craft is the standard. Speed gets us in the game, quality keeps us there. We’d rather do fewer things exceptionally than many things poorly.
- Everything can be said. We don’t sugarcoat, hide opinions or avoid tough talks. The best ideas win, no matter whose they are.
What you get from us
- Competitive salary — reflects the level you’re hired at.
- Life-changing equity — your success grows alongside ours.
- 25 days of vacation — and yes, you’re expected to take them all.
- Clear ladder to senior — expectations spelled out per level, no CV or diploma gating.
- Hybrid from our Hilversum (NL) office — focus at home, connection in person.
- Gear sorted — laptop, dual screen and whatever else you need to do the job right.
- Commuter stipend — getting to the office shouldn’t cost you.
- In-person time worth showing up for — stocked office, team dinners and an annual retreat.

This role is based in Hilversum, Netherlands. We work hybrid from the office, and you’ll need to live in and have the right to work in the Netherlands. We’re still a small team, and at this stage working together (mostly) in person is what we’re looking for.
If you’re excited about this role, but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
For recruitment agencies, we appreciate your hunger to help, but we’re on top of our own recruitment, so no need to ask if your help is needed. It’s really not needed :)
