What to expect in the interview process
You'll get to know us, and we'll get to know you. The process depends on the role, but this is how we usually structure it.
1. Intro call
Quick call to talk through the role, your background and answer any early questions you may have.
2. Written interview
A few async questions to get a feel of how you think and write (without the pressure of a call).
3. Business case
See how you'd approach projects in our world, then talk through it with the hiring team over a call.
4. Culture interview
Fly to our HQ in the Netherlands to meet the team and make sure you like us as much as we like you.
