Product Engineer

Product Engineer building the features that turn visitor identification into revenue — integrations, AI-powered research, smart workflows and more.

Snitcher shows B2B companies who’s visiting their website. We turn anonymous web traffic into identified companies — giving sales and marketing teams the signal they need to act on real buying intent instead of guessing.

We started as a visitor identification tool. Now we’re building an AI-native GTM platform — moving from “who visited?” to “what should you do about it?” Think: automated CRM syncs, AI research agents that enrich accounts, audience targeting, and intelligent alerts that tell you which accounts are heating up before they ever fill out a form.

We’re bootstrapped, profitable and growing fast. No investors. No board meetings. No one telling us what to build. A small team that punches way above its weight. Want to 10x with us?

Who you are

  • Full-stack by habit, not just title: You’ve shipped features that touched the database, the API and the UI — and you didn’t need three teams to do it.
  • Product-minded builder: You’ve pushed back on specs because you spotted a better way to solve the user’s actual problem. You care about why you’re building, not just what.
  • Comfortable owning scope: You’ve taken a feature from “we should probably build this” through to deployed, monitored and iterated — without a 12-step approval process.
  • AI-augmented engineer: You use AI tools daily to move faster and build better. You know how to prompt, when to trust the output and when to override it. You’re not scared of AI replacing you — you’re the one wielding it.
  • Fast and deliberate: You’ve shipped under tight timelines without leaving a trail of tech debt. You know the difference between a shortcut and a hack.
  • Data-literate: You’ve used product analytics, session recordings or user feedback to decide what to build next — not just what the roadmap said.
  • 2-5 years building real products: You’ve worked on something with actual users. Side projects count if they shipped and people used them.

Message us right away if:

  • You’ve built and shipped a customer-facing feature at a B2B SaaS company that directly moved a core metric — activation, retention or revenue.
  • You’ve worked in a small team (under 15 engineers) where you owned features end-to-end and wore multiple hats without being asked.
  • You’ve contributed to or built integrations with third-party platforms (CRMs, ad platforms, data tools) and dealt with the real-world mess of external APIs.
  • You’re already using Claude Code, Cursor or similar AI coding tools and can’t imagine going back.

About the role

This is a Product Engineer role on our core product team. You’ll work directly with our founder (who designed and built the entire product from scratch) and a small engineering team on the product that matters most: turning Snitcher from a data tool into an action platform.

Your mission: Build the features that turn visitor identification into revenue for our customers.

That means CRM integrations, AI-powered account research, smart alerts, audience syncs — the layer that makes identification actionable. We’re at the stage where demand is outpacing what we can build. Our product is live, customers love it, and the backlog is full of high-impact work.

We need someone who can pick up a problem, figure out the right solution and ship it. You’ll work closely with senior engineers who’ll stretch you, but you’ll own real features from day one.

Does this sound like your day-to-day? Smash that apply button.

  • Took features from design through implementation to production — frontend, backend, database — wherever the feature needed you to go
  • Built or extended integrations that push data into CRMs, ad platforms and sales tools — webhooks, API rate limits, data mapping
  • Worked on systems that match, enrich and score data at scale — where small improvements move the needle for thousands of customers
  • Used AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as a daily part of your workflow — not as a novelty, but as a multiplier
  • Dug into usage data and user feedback to shape what gets built next — product thinking as part of the job, not a separate department

In your first 90 days, you’ll ship your first customer-facing feature, build or extend at least one third-party integration, and have a working understanding of our identification pipeline well enough to contribute to enrichment improvements.

How we build

Stack: Laravel 11 (PHP 8.4), Vue 3, Inertia.js, TailwindCSS, TypeScript. MySQL, ClickHouse, Redis, Kafka. AWS infrastructure. We use GitHub, Linear and Slack.

Architecture: Domain-driven design, event-driven patterns with Kafka, a ClickHouse analytics pipeline for processing millions of tracking events, and integrations with every major CRM and ad platform.

AI tooling: We heavily use Claude Code and Cursor across the team. AI isn’t a buzzword here — it’s how we ship at the pace of a team 3x our size. You’ll be expected to leverage these tools daily and push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI-augmented development.

You don’t need to know our entire stack on day one — you need to learn fast, build well and let AI handle the rest.

Why you’ll love working with us

  • Trust First. We trust great people to do great work. No micromanagement. You own the work, have the freedom, and are accountable to the outcome.
  • Own the Outcome. Ownership is more than equity. We don’t wait to be told what to do. We spot opportunities, seize them, and never say “that’s not my job.”
  • Ship Fast, Refine Faster. We move with speed others can’t match. We ship quickly, gather feedback, iterate relentlessly. Done is better than perfect, but done well is the goal.
  • Craft is the Standard. Speed gets us in the game. Quality keeps us there. We’d rather do fewer things exceptionally than many things poorly.
  • Everything Can Be Said. Honesty builds trust and everyone’s voice matters. We don’t sugarcoat, hide opinions, or avoid tough talks. The best ideas win, no matter who comes up with them.

What you get from us

  • Founding team impact — every hire shapes their role and Snitcher’s future from day one
  • Life-changing equity — your success grows alongside ours
  • 25 days of vacation
  • Hybrid & remote culture — in-person for connection, remote for focus
  • Commuter & remote stipends depending on your setup
  • Gear of your choice — laptops, monitors, chairs, whatever you need
  • Fully stocked office — snacks, drinks, beer taps, air fryer, the works
  • Team dinners, events and an annual retreat (next up: Portugal)
